For professionals wishing to refer clients/patients to the Falls Prevention Programme, please visit the AHS Wellbeing website’s Professional Referral page.
If you have previously been referred to the Everyone Health Falls Prevention Programme and are on their waiting list, AHS Wellbeing will be contacting you in due course to run through your medical questionnaire. If you haven’t heard from either Everyone Health or AHS Wellbeing by January 2026, please contact AHS Wellbeing directly by email or phone 07415020962.
