Arun Wellbeing support for health & wellbeing in the workplace
Employee wellbeing has become a key issue for employers as organisations face the costs and potential impact of high absence levels and employee ill-health. If you would you like to reduce your sickness/absence rates and increase staff commitment and motivation, we can offer you help to support your staff to be healthier and improve their wellbeing.
See this video from Mid Sussex Wellbeing (YouTube - new window) which gives a feel for what is involved when a Wellbeing Advisor visits a workplace.
We can also support workplace wellbeing days and events, where we can run a wellbeing stall or offer on-site talks and workshops within your workplace on any aspect of healthy living.
We are running a limited workplace wellbeing service as a result of the workplace restrictions in place during the Covid 19 pandemic. We can still work one-to-one with your staff over the phone, email or video calls to offer Wellbeing advice and support. In addition we can deliver talks/presentations via Microsoft Teams as a guest at a team meeting.
Services we can provide to your workplace in the Arun District:
