WISE (Weight Information and Sensible Eating)
Twelve week weight management courses
Do you want to manage your weight and eat more healthily, but are not sure where to start?
Our 12 week weight management course (WISE) is designed for those that have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of between 25 and 40.
You can calculate your BMI using the BMI Calculator on the NHS website.
WISE courses are fun, interactive and include sessions on:
- Different healthy eating topics
- Food diaries and self-reported weigh-ins
- Tools to enable healthier choices
- Free Beginners Fitness sessions in addition to WISE (optional)

Every Monday from 11th April until 27th June 2022, between 11.00am and 12.00pm.
Chilgrove House, Kimberry, Littlehampton, BN17 7JD
Every Tuesday from 12th April to 28th June 2022, between 2pm and 3pm
Beginners Fitness sessions (low impact exercise classes to help with increased activity and weight loss - designed for those who are new to or who have never exercised before) are optional classes to participate in if you wish to do them alongside WISE. We will always work under the latest Government and Public Health guidance in order to support our clients safely. In line with that guidance, we are currently offering a hybrid option across our range of services wherever possible, giving the choice between face-to-face support or provision via telephone or video-conferencing routes.
