Wellbeing Active Classes - which aim to get you healthier and fitter!
Our courses last for 8 sessions over 8 weeks and are FREE to join. Get Active in a fun way! These courses are aimed at people who are sedentary at the moment and are looking to start getting more active to lead a healthier lifestyle. Everyone will be in the same boat so come along, meet new people, have fun and get fit!

In order to be considered for an activity course we have to check your eligibility for these courses. Please click the link below and complete the online e-form, this will be automatically returned to us and we will be in contact shortly after to discuss your application.

These classes have continued after our initial eight week course to become self-sufficient (fee’s payable direct to instructor). Each existing classes will greet you with a warm welcome and the instructor will ensure you work at a pace suitable for you!
Zumba For Beginners – Jeneses Centre, Linden Road, Bognor Regis, PO21 2AS – Wednesday’s - 10.30-11.30am
A friendly sociable class for those of you who wanted to try Zumba at a level to suit you! The class is held in Bognor Regis and runs every Wednesday from 10.30am to 11.30am.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga - Jubilee Hall, Elmer Rd, Bognor Regis, PO22 6EH - Mondays - 6.30-7.30pm
Freestyle Fitness Yoga (FFY) is a fitness programme that incorporates stretch, strength and yoga postures. Any one taking part in a FFY class can expect to improve their strength and flexibility, you will learn how to understand your body and begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, self-awareness and confidence.
