"I got the running bug in 2000 when I successfully entered the London marathon. I have run every Bognor 10k bar the very first one. I joined tone zone runners in 2000 and have been coaching since 2003. I became head coach some 5 years ago. My aim is to help towards regaining some fitness for everyone and show that running can be fun, sociable and have a feel good factor."

"Caroline is a great confidence booster and will make sure that each individual is able to participate at whatever level, ability and experience. Her classes are known for being fun, encouraging and have a lot of laughter. She is extremely understanding , provides a lot of additional support and many different activity ideas to continue at home. Caroline has been helping people increase their activity levels for 4 years and still keeps in contact with her previous groups. She is always so pleased to hear they have continued to keep active in many different ways, and one individual has just completed a half marathon. "
