The Omnia Class is a six-week beginners gym circuits programme for men.

Tuesdays 10.00-11.00am

Starting on 2nd June 2026, at The Arun Leisure Centre in Felpham.

£2 per session.

Freedom Leisure are running a pilot Men's Health Programme, made up of several different six-week sessions. These are designed to get men being more active and more social to improve mental health. If there is enough interest these sessions may continue after the initial six-weeks.

Omnia is a circuits class for men aged 18yrs+ which is based in the Gym & run by a Gym Instructor.

Tea, coffee and chat available following the session.
