Virtual Beginners Fitness (10 weeks)

We are now running our fitness classes online! If you are unsure how to stay active during this current Lockdown period then why not ease yourself in by joining one of our new FREE courses below? We are now able to offer the same experience as before, but from the safety of your own home.
